* Designed new cross-sell + up-sell program prompting messaging online & next-best nudge

* Rolled out MVE + 3 additional phases of Business Suite (web integration) for Business Banking online capabilities, including new widgets and tools for both retention and acquisition purposes (personalization via preference center added)

* Established new onboarding program, connecting online origination and enrollment to a client-centric, front-end onboarding series of events

* Integrated transaction data from QuickBooks to Consumer Hub, reinstating spending patterns through new Payment Reminder experience
